A new farmhouse subdivision built by KLM in the Crestview Area
We are trying to bring the KLM brand to the Austin area with a 4 lot subdivision of affordable modern farm houses. We have partnered with an investor and are using our plan designs and green building knowledge to bring what we feel like is a great product to the area.
