KLM LITE is meant to take care of clients that are looking for an affordable custom home under 350k or with a timeline of 8 months or less.  We do not want to turn clients away that have a budget below this number, but the amount of time an effort that goes into a custom home just doesn't work for us at anything less than 350k.  To still provide customers with a KLM type experience, we have a plan available in 2 different configurations to suit your individual needs, both with the standard KLM Finishes.
