This home Was Designed by our son for himself and his fiance.  He wanted to try and achieve the best bang for his buck so he went with a 2 story home, with all sleeping and utility upstairs.  A common complaint of 2 story homes is hearing kids upstairs.  To remedy this he put all 3 "kids" bedrooms over the garage, and the master over the kitchen.  Also to save space he incorporated a wet room, where the shower and tub share an area together.
