This 3 Story Home's size was born out of necessity,but it's looks came from the heart.  The home was in a very unique small lot neighborhood near Lake Austin.  Even with 3 combined lots purchased, it left the owners with very little ground space to build their home.  This led Them to go up instead of out.  They chose a plan originally by Danze and Davis Architects, but designed the exterior with us to achieve their own unique look.  When we got to the 3rd story we found an added bonus of being able to just barely see the lake.
