The client came to us wanting a design that incorporated two front facing gables side by side.  While they knew the look they wanted, they did not know the concerns of this construction wise.  you can not have two roofs come together in a valley that large, it will leak.  To solve this we incorporated a large front to back entry hallway to space the 2 competing roofs apart.
